SBVS interim voucher now closed

Friday, 01 April 2022

Scottish Government’s Reaching 100% (R100) Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme (SBVS) interim voucher has now closed.

Interim voucher applications made prior to its closure date of 31 March 2022 will be honoured to those eligible. Your chosen supplier – who applied for an R100 broadband voucher on your behalf – will give you an estimated installation date for your new connection.

£5,000 SBVS subsidy

SBVS vouchers, for a subsidy worth up to £5,000, continue to remain open.

If your home or business broadband speed is less than 30 Megabits per second and no superfast broadband roll-out is planned for your property, you could be eligible for a voucher worth up to £5,000 to help meet your installation costs.

More than 60 suppliers have registered to date and a range of different technologies including fibre to the premise, fixed wireless, mobile or satellite are available. Check if you’re eligible by using our online address checker.

Many already benefiting from SBVS

SBVS has issued 2,611 vouchers since its launch in September 2020, with another 45 currently going through the application process*.
